I saw very beautiful scenery of the lake and mountains through the window, which I will never forget. The rooms are very clean and cozy. There is a spacious table and bench which is very comfortable.
Really good experience in terms of instructions and checking in. Couldn't use the balcony because of the cold but the views were perfect and a 5/5 for sure. Service at the restaurant was a 3/5, was a bit ignored when it was busy but we were in a rush to order because it closes quite early. The food was a solid 3/5 , "salad" wasn't a salad and only came with sliced ham, cheese, olives and tomatoes and was way too dressed and the mixed sausages was mediocre - should have ordered something else. Spas looked really pretty and reception was super friendly. An overall ok experience.
Wonderful hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. The view of the alps and the lake is truly amazing. Food was delicious (we had dinner and breakfast). The rooms are clean and large. Overall, a cozy place with great service, will be coming back for sure
Fantastic! I already had a good feeling after making my reservation by phone. The phone call was so nice, easy going, helpfully, ecc... so my expectation was high! Being here and experiencing how friendly and helpful people they are made it even better. Clean and good rooms, beautiful spa, fantastic traditional restaurant. Although the beautiful hotel is on a somewhat busier road you won't be bothered by that. The views and the Spa are superb!

Evening meals in the restaurant are of a very high standard
This hotel is a great base for visiting the castles and other great places.
The localization is awesome, rooms are very clean and comfy. Breakfast had many choices and all fresh. The personal is so so friendly and can give you many tips about where to go .Thank you for the awesome stay. We will return!
